Christopher has over a decade of experience in sales, leadership, and life sciences headhunting, with a strong track record of building and leading specialist recruitment teams across clinical, scientific, and manufacturing markets globally.
In 2021, he founded Global Life Science Hub (GLS Hub), which has since become a trusted headhunting partner to pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech organisations, and CDMOs across the US and Europe. GLS Hub supports critical hires across GMP operations, quality, technical, R&D, commercial, and executive functions within complex pharmaceutical environments.
Alongside GLS Hub, Christopher has also supported start-ups and co-founded recruitment businesses in the engineering and technology sectors, further strengthening his experience in building and scaling successful talent-led organisations.
Joshua serves as Director at Global Life Science Hub, with a mandate to build the leading Technical Operations headhunting partner within biopharmaceutical manufacturing across the US and Europe.
He uses his decade of experience in life sciences recruitment to operate as an embedded partner within the organisations he supports, bringing a transparent, consultative and trusted approach to every engagement.
