Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Associate II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting clinical trials in accordance with protocol, standard operating procedures, good clinical practice, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and closeout visits.
- Ensure that study activities are conducted in compliance with the protocol, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Review and verify site source documents, case report forms, and other trial-related documents.
- Ensure that study sites are adequately trained and have the necessary equipment and supplies to conduct the trial.
- Monitor study progress and ensure that study timelines are met.
- Communicate with study sites and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure that study activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Associate II.
- Strong knowledge of clinical research regulations, including ICH-GCP and applicable local regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
