Location: UK (Cambridge)

GLS Hub is working with a top leading global Contract Research Organization (CRO) specializing in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. The team consists of talented professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality services to their clients. This company offer a broad range of services, including clinical trial management, regulatory affairs, medical writing, and data management.

Due to growth, they are currently seeking a Medical Information Specialist who is fluent in German to join the team in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for providing medical information support to our clients, healthcare professionals, and patients. You will be required to review, analyze, and interpret clinical data, scientific literature, and product information to respond to inquiries accurately and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a degree in medicine, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, or dentistry. You should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in medical information, pharmacovigilance, or related areas is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide medical information support to clients, healthcare professionals, and patients in a timely and accurate manner.

Review, analyze, and interpret clinical data, scientific literature, and product information to respond to inquiries.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic areas, products, and competitors.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in medicine, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, or dentistry
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience in medical information, pharmacovigilance, or related areas is preferred but not essential.
