Product Manager – CDMO – Remote Europe

With the recent appointment of a visionary General Manager, the company is now embarking on a new and ambitious journey to revamp its commercial team with significant cash investments and growth plans.
In line with this expansion, we seek an experienced Product Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will be pivotal in spearheading their extensive product portfolio’s development, marketing, and overall management.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer trends, competitor products, and emerging opportunities in the nutraceutical industry.
- Analyse market data to make informed decisions about product development and positioning.
- Lead the product development process from concept to launch, working closely with R&D and manufacturing teams.
- Define product specifications, formulations, and features based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Set product pricing, positioning, and distribution strategies to maximize market penetration.
- Ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to obtain necessary approvals and certifications.
- Work with marketing teams to create comprehensive marketing and promotional strategies.
- Oversee packaging design, advertising campaigns, and product launches.
- Provide sales teams with product knowledge and materials to promote and sell nutraceutical products effectively.
- Conduct product training sessions for sales staff.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of nutraceutical products in the market.
- Use data and feedback to make data-driven decisions about product improvements or adjustments.
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback into product development and improvement processes.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to the product.
- Collaborate with various departments, including R&D, manufacturing, marketing, regulatory affairs, and sales, to ensure product success.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant life science field
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the nutraceutical or related industry.
- Strong understanding of nutraceutical regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience with market research, product development, and product lifecycle management.
