Recruitment Team Lead – France

Global Life Science Hub has partnered with a market-leading global technology and engineering consultancy, which, in the last 2 years, has consistently grown at 50% year on year. 

Due to the company’s growth, we are now looking for a highly experienced recruiter to join and manage a team and support the ongoing development. The ideal candidates will have 10 or more years of experience and experience running a team.

Requirements

• English & French speaking
• Based in France (ideally Paris)
• 10+ years of experience in Recruitment
• Ideally, experience recruiting in the IT & Engineering sector
• Management experience

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the head of recruitment and close collaboration with senior management
• Managing a team of recruiters
• Support/training of junior recruiters
• Monitoring team’s targets/achievements
• Maintain existing client relationships as well as forming new relationships.
• Recruitment of IT & Engineering Specialists
