SaaS Product Manager – Remote – Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, UK, France

Global life Science Hub is partnered with a boutique software company that provides risk-based monitoring solutions for clinical trials. The company’s platform uses Statistical algorithms and machine learning to identify outliers, anomalies and other patterns that may indicate risk to the clinical data quality.

Due to a significant investment from new and existing sponsors, we’re now searching for 5 SaaS Product Managers in any of the highlighted countries.

The appointed candidate’s primary responsibility would be to drive the development and growth of the company’s cloud-based risk-based monitoring platform. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, UX designers, and other stakeholders, to define and execute the product roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Defining the product vision and strategy: You will work closely with the executive team to define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Conducting market research: You will research and analyse the clinical trial market, competition, and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and market trends.
• Developing the product roadmap: Based on your research and analysis, you will work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.
• Managing the product lifecycle: You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support, ensuring that product releases are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
• Collaborating with stakeholders: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure that the product is effectively marketed, sold, and supported.
• Analysing product performance: You will regularly analyse product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Must have experience in a product management role or functional analysis
• At least 2 years’ experience at minimum as a product manager or business analysis
• Experience in SaaS is a must
• Experience and understanding of clinical trials is highly desirable
• experience managing the entire lifecycle of software products, from ideation to launch and post-launch support.Top of Form
• Degree in business or IT is a must
