We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate (SCRA) based in Greece to join our team at a top 10 global CRO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical trial management and monitoring, and be knowledgeable of local regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials

Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, and local regulations

Manage site relationships and communicate effectively with study team and investigators

Maintain accurate and complete study documentation, including source data verification and monitoring reports

Participate in study start-up activities, including site selection and feasibility assessments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science or healthcare field
• At least 3 years of experience as a clinical research associate (CRA) in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken
