Senior Project Manager – Remote – Austria

Global Life Science Hub has partnered with a revolutionary, small Swiss Pharmaceutical company that is developing an insane alternative to chemotherapy treatment by creating a unique receptor-binding protein that can fuse multiple immunotherapeutic vaccines to target numerous cancers.

Due to a considerable development in their research, we are now seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead their cross-functional teams and will be responsible for managing projects focused on CMC, research, clinical development, and regulatory affairs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for multiple projects in the areas of CMC, research, clinical development, and regulatory affairs
• Lead cross-functional project teams consisting of members from CMC, research, clinical development, and regulatory affairs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Establish project milestones, track progress, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful project completion
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and project reports
• Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures
• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and consultants as required
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and effectiveness

Experience/Qualifications:

• PhD or MD in a relevant scientific discipline
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management, with a focus on CMC, research, clinical development, and regulatory affairs
• Experience managing cross-functional project teams
• Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
