Job Description
We are currently seeking a Territory Manager to join a Critical Care team in West France. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading medical technology company that specializes in developing and manufacturing innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes.
As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the region by developing and executing strategic sales plans. You will work closely with healthcare providers and institutions to understand their needs and provide them with high-quality products and solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in medical technology sales, with experience in critical care solutions. You should be a self-starter who is able to work independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In addition, you should possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field and be fluent in French and English. We value individuals who are passionate about the industry, have a drive for success and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales through various activities like in-person prospecting, phone calls, customer presentations, and negotiations.
- Manage sales pipeline strategically to maximize revenue and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyse pipeline coverage, hit rate, and deal profile to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual goals are met.
- Adhere to established pipeline management processes and adjust as needed.
- Execute sales strategies to capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and influence decision-making.
- Deliver creative proposals and presentations to customers.
- Use Salesforce.com to record customer information, share product details, prepare quotes, update sales stages, maintain an accurate forecast, and close deals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
- Provide monthly sales reporting to leadership.
- Continuously learn new industry information, market trends, and sales techniques to adapt to market demands and increase success.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of related experience in a similar role in a multi-national, preferably in a medical device or capital equipment organization.
- Experience working for a U.S. based manufacturing company highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required.
- Preferred professional experience and track record in Health Sector, with exposure to operating theatres environment and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with peers in the organization.
- Ability to build strong partnership and team relationships across all functional areas.
- Self-starter who can work independently with limited direction.
- Strong service-oriented ethic and sense of responsibility that is instilled within the team.
- Prioritizes patient safety and drives this ethos throughout the team.
