Downstream Manufacturing Associate – New Jersey | Full-Time | Biopharma Manufacturing

Global Life Science Hub is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding biopharmaceutical manufacturer specialising in complex generics and biosimilars. With two recent FDA approvals and a third on the horizon, the company is entering a critical scale-up phase.

As part of this growth, they are increasing production capacity and moving from 50L to 2,000L bioreactors. To support this, they are strengthening their downstream operations team and are looking for experienced professionals in biologics purification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute downstream purification processes including chromatography, TFF, and filtration
• Operate and troubleshoot purification equipment in a GMP environment
• Monitor process parameters and ensure documentation compliance
• Collaborate with upstream, QA, and process development teams to support tech transfer and scale-up

Ideal Background:

• 1–3 years of experience in GMP biologics manufacturing, with a focus on downstream
• Hands-on experience with TFF, AKTA systems, and chromatography techniques
• Strong understanding of aseptic processing and cleanroom operations
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced environment
