Upstream Manufacturing Associate

Global Life Science Hub is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing biopharmaceutical manufacturer making significant progress in the complex generics and biosimilars space. With two recent FDA approvals and a third expected in the near future, the company is entering a major growth phase.

As part of this expansion, they are scaling up operations from 50L to 2,000L bioreactors and are now looking to strengthen their upstream manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with hands-on experience in cell culture, bioreactor operations, or upstream processing to join a company investing heavily in infrastructure and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute upstream processes, including media preparation, cell culture, and bioreactor operations
• Monitor and maintain critical process parameters in line with cGMP standards
• Support tech transfer and scale-up activities
• Collaborate closely with QA, QC, and process development teams

Ideal Background:

• 1–3 years of experience in GMP biologics manufacturing, focused on upstream
• Familiarity with bioreactor systems (preferably single-use)
• Strong aseptic technique and cleanroom experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
