Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Statistics, with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
- Proficiency in Bayesian statistics and a strong CRO/Pharma background.
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing innovative statistical methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams of statisticians.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all statistical aspects within the organization.
- Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of clinical trials and studies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Mentor and develop statisticians within the department.
- Collaborate with external partners and regulatory agencies to advance scientific research.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on statistical issues in scientific conferences and industry forums.
