Global Life Science Hub is recruiting on behalf of a leading global CDMO. This organization specializes in providing comprehensive development and manufacturing services, with a significant international presence.
As the Head of Supply Chain, you will play a critical role in optimizing and overseeing supply chain operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective supply chain processes, contributing to the seamless production and distribution of high-quality pharmaceuticals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business goals.
- Manage relationships with global suppliers, product management, and operations.
- Optimize supply chain processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams to drive supply chain improvements.
- Implement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
- Establish standards and guidelines for logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Oversee inventory management and demand planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management (preferably in a manufacturing environment or other regulated industry).
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
