Packaging Supervisor

In the role of Packaging Supervisor for Pharmaceuticals, you will assume a central role in overseeing packaging operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and adherence to stringent quality benchmarks. Your duties will encompass monitoring production output, managing documentation, supervising personnel, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enhance packaging line productivity.
• Oversee documentation for packaging materials and batch-related forms.
• Conduct and document pre-packaging process checks.
• Ensure adherence to packaging schedules and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage shift personnel and facilitate training initiatives.
• Organize workflow distribution and uphold regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Production Engineering, or relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, SAP).
• Familiarity with GMP/GDP standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
