Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all production operations, ensuring strict adherence to quality and compliance standards.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with the technology department to qualify systems and calibrate measuring equipment.
• Lead validation of manufacturing processes and cleaning procedures, actively participating in audit preparations.
• Ensure full compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Share accountability for cost and budget compliance, efficiency, and delivery capability.

Qualifications:

• Background in pharmaceutical technology or extensive experience in pharmaceutical production.
• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience
• Additional training or certification as a master is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated initiative, conceptual thinking, and analytical skills, coupled with assertiveness and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in spoken and written German, with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Advanced IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office applications.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
